You are resilient and I can help you navigate these new waters.
My name is Anna (she/her) and I provide therapy for Washington mamas and parents. I support families with a range of issues from fertility concerns to unexpected challenges in pregnancy and childbirth into postpartum and parenthood. I also work with individuals and couples experiencing perinatal loss. I hold a warm nonjudgmental space where we can explore the scary and unanticipated.
I am a social worker and proud mother to a son who keeps me active, silly, and humbled. Using a strengths-base and relational approach, I support clients in tending to their resilience, skills, and healing around issues that are important to them.
